From venue scouting, vendor selection and communication, decor and design assistance, we manage every step so you can simply enjoy the journey. For couples that want Blue Hour involved in everything.

Starting 6 months out, for couples who have already gotten started on their own but want Blue Hour to step in and organize the remaining planning and guide them through till the end.

Partial Planning

Starting 3 months out, for couples who have done the majority of the planning and need some peace of mind to finish out the rest of the details, that’s where Blue Hour comes in.

Already planned it all? We step in six weeks out to tie up the loose ends and run the big day. Blue Hour will handle all the final logistics such as vendor communication, timeline and floorplan creation, final venue meeting, rehearsal practice, etc.

On the day-of we include unlimited hours, Lead and Assistant Coordinators, set up and clean up, manage vendor arrivals, cue for ceremony, assistance with cake cutting, releasing of tables for dinner, sendoff organization, venue exit checklist responsibilities and so much more.
