Quite simply having Blue Hour Weddings coordinate for our wedding was the BEST INVESTMENT ASIDE FROM MARRYING MY HUSBAND! I was completely at peace, and my mind was at ease, knowing that Jessie was running the show! From working with the vendors, decorating tables, and providing seamless transitions of events during the day! My husband after our wedding was like “I was wrong, I understand why we NEEDED their incredible services”!  If you want to actually enjoy every moment for the special day, this is me a 23’ bride saying, YOU NEED TO HIRE THIS VENDOR!!!!! Do it for you and your spouse’s sanity!

I cannot recommend Jessie enough for all your wedding coordination needs!! Having to plan two large families coming together as well as hundreds of friends is something we have never done before, so it was a lot of unknowns and quite a daunting task when planning. From word of mouth, we knew Jessie would be the most perfect fit for our needs/wants for our big day because of her experience and knowledge of anything wedding related. We did the all-inclusive package, which means planning from beginning to end and it was probably the best investment I made for our wedding! She contacted (and quoted out) all vendors knowing my vision for the big day. She’s super on top of those little items you think of when planning as well. She even will plan your meetings with different vendors like your cake tasting, food vendor tasting, etc. You would think she would be slow to respond when she has many clients, but she even responds to text messages when she is currently running a wedding! With that being said, there are no delays in communications whether it be calls, texts, or emails. Again, if you’re thinking about having Jessie as a wedding planner, just do it. Our wedding was so seamless because of her and her team!! Highly recommend!!!

Jessie was our wedding planner this year and was absolutely amazing. I cannot stress how much help she was in making our big day such a success. We worked with Jessie for about 9 months and she got everything down perfectly. She helped to plan the setting and setup of the venue, the different vendors we needed (florist, catering, cake, photographer, videographer, etc.), the timeline of the wedding, and the day of planning. 
The day of the wedding we had no stress at all since she helped to plan, coordinate, and orchestrate everything. We showed up and were able to enjoy the wedding without having to think about any of the details.

Where do I start? From the moment we sat down with Jessie I knew she knew what she was doing.  So incredibly good at what she does.  Hands down the best money I spent on my daughter's wedding. Their experience and professionalism shows in every aspect of their work. Jessie's style is a calm presence, moving things into place in a way that no one even feel like they were told what to do, but everything is happening. Jessie has a super power to find creative ways to work with difficult family dynamics. Things can get tricky at weddings, real tricky. Sometimes people don't get along before the wedding and they don't have plans to get along at the wedding either! This is where I've seen Jessie creatively sort it all out so no one feels like a problem and the couple can feel like good hosts. In addition to doing all the normal things a planner does, She does things that she doesn't have to do. She could easily say No, you're being extra, that's not my job.
I am extra on more than one occasion. Recently I reached out to her hours before the wedding saying the couple would like a large group photo after the ceremony. As the ceremony ended I looked up to see a ladder being slid into place! Hiring Blue Hour Weddings means you have a guide to help you through the whole wedding process. Someone who's been there before.

⭐️100+ STARS! As the MOB living in Atlanta, GA and our dear daughter, the Bride, living in TN, WE NEEDED A FANTASTIC coordinator we trusted to help bring everything together. Well, we selected a MORE than FANTASTIC coordinator, Jessie and team with Blue Hour Weddings. Jessie was so very helpful to our daughter all through the process of wedding planning! We chose a Partial Planning Package which also included the Day of Coordinating details. We trusted Blue Hour with almost everything —Vendor suggestions— Photographer, DJ, florist, caterer, bartender, wedding cake bakery with DELICIOUS GF choices, photo booth, rentals, professional officiant and decorating, set up, clean up. Jessie, you guys KNOCKED it out of the park! Thank you ALL for everything!

Blue Hour Weddings is top-tier in this industry, and I highly recommend Jessie and her team. We used their day-of coordination and bartender services for our October 2023 wedding. As a project manager myself, it was hard to let go and hand over the details of such a special event in our lives to someone else, but I’m so glad we did! The day of Jessie and her team showed up and got the job done! Very competent and hard working. If things went wrong, we really don’t know because Jessie took care of it. I loved that Jessie didn’t push anything on me and gave me suggestions and advice when asked but ultimately left it to me as the bride to decide.

I could not recommend Blue Hour Weddings more!!! They made the last month of wedding planning as stress free as possible and way easier than I could have imagined as a Type A bride!! Jessie and Celena were PHENOMENAL. Leading up to the wedding, they organized a full weekend timeline and communicated with all our vendors to ensure a smooth and perfect day and lead our rehearsal. Day of, they kept us on track, kept checking in with me to make sure everything was perfect, calmed all my fears and handled absolutely EVERYTHING.
